Did anything inspire the design of your letter?
The letter "O" is based on the slovak school type, which we are currently working on. It was never digitised as a font, so hopefully we could see it again in printed matter soon.
Do you have any particular feelings on the European Union that you'd like to share?
There is an old story. King Svatopluk made a deathbed request and invited his three sons. He gave a twig to each one and ask to them to break it. All of them could break the twig very easily. But then he show three another twigs and he interlock them together. Than he ask the sons to break the combined twig, None of them could break it.
He said to them, if they remain united, they will survive.

Did anything inspire the design of your letter?
My inspiration was my last trip to Italy. I went to an antique flea market where I found a lot of old documents with amazing typefaces and lettering pieces that were beautiful.
Do you have any particular feelings on the European Union that you'd like to share?
I feel privileged to be a part of the EU. It gives me freedom and the opportunity to live and work in another country. I get to experience other cultures which I feel is important to spark creativity and create understanding for one another.
